MBP provided claims and dispute resolution support services for the John and Frances Angelos Law Center. The project involved the construction of a new 190,000-square-foot, 12-story law school building to house the University of Baltimore’s clinical services and academic program, and included a central atrium featuring natural light, greenery, and water features, 300-seat moot courtroom, event space, 15 classrooms, 29 study spaces, and a 32,000-square-foot library. Key sustainable features included rainwater harvesting for collection and reuse, a green roof, and a dedicated system to manage fresh air through automated windows.
