MBP provided comprehensive commissioning services for the renovation of a 160,800-square-foot, four-story community hospital. Our scope included the commissioning of the building envelope, electrical and life safety systems, HVAC and plumbing systems, automatic controls, security, and communication systems. We developed and implemented the commissioning plan, verified system installation and performance, and delivered the final commissioning report. Our services spanned design, construction, and warranty phases and included design reviews, submittal reviews, site observations, oversight of contractor testing, systems manual review, seasonal testing, and a 10-month warranty review.
The project involved renovating patient rooms, operating rooms, labs, offices, and support spaces, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance throughout the hospital.
