MBP provided comprehensive project and construction management, project controls, contract administration, and quality assurance services for this integrated design-bid-build project. Our role included specialized technical support for complex mechanical and architectural systems and interpretation and development of supplemental policies, regulations, and engineering criteria from Headquarters. We also conducted detailed reviews of reports and designs to ensure compliance with current guidelines.

The project delivered a new 1.2-million-square-foot medical campus anchored by a seven-story, 120-bed hospital. The facility includes an emergency department, pharmacy, operating center with 10 operating rooms, cancer center, intensive care and behavioral health units, diagnostic services such as pathology and radiology, and modular outpatient clinic space. Additional components included two multi-level parking garages and surface parking for 2,600 vehicles, a helipad, an ambulance shelter, and a dedicated central energy plant.
