Stafford County Public Schools, High School #6

MBP provided comprehensive owner’s representative services, supporting Stafford County Public Schools through pre-construction, construction, transition to operations and move management, and closeout/warranty phases.

High School #6 was designed to accommodate up to 2,150 students in grades 9 through 12, spanning over 290,000 square feet. The new three-story facility features cutting-edge design and construction in alignment with Stafford County Public Schools’ latest education specifications and Facility Design Standards. Specialized spaces include science and performing arts wings, a 1,000-seat auditorium, band and choral studios, gymnasiums, a fitness center, and health education classrooms. Site improvements included tennis courts, sports fields, baseball and softball fields, and a football stadium with a track, as well as off-site infrastructure, surface parking, a bus loop, stormwater management basins, and wetlands preservation and mitigation areas.
