MBP provided CPM scheduling services using Primavera P6 for the wastewater treatment plant’s ENR upgrade and expansion project.
The project involved major improvements, including the installation of a second mechanical bar screen, a new grit removal unit with associated pumps, and upgrades to influent pump motors and impellers. Modifications to the bioreactor added a secondary anoxic zone, swing zones, and hydraulic adjustments.
Additional scope included a new supplemental carbon facility for de-nitrification, two VFD-controlled aeration blowers, a third secondary clarifier, and a fourth return activated sludge (RAS) pump. The project also retrofitted sand effluent filters, added UV disinfection banks, and upgraded WAS storage piping, site utilities, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and control systems.
