MBP provided CPM scheduling and comprehensive commissioning services throughout the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases of this high school project. Our commissioning scope included design and submittal reviews, commissioning plan development, site observations, startup witnessing, pre-functional checklists, functional performance testing, off-season testing, warranty phase reviews, training verification, and final reporting. Systems commissioned encompassed all plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, and electronic safety and security systems. MBP also commissioned specialty systems such as gym, cafeteria, auditorium sound systems, CCTV, smart boards, sports lighting, and central heating and cooling plant equipment.
