MBP provided Owner’s Representative and construction management services for the $74 million renovation and expansion of George Washington High School. The multi-phase project included extensive campus-wide renovations and targeted additions to modernize the facility while maintaining ongoing school operations. Improvements included upgrades to infrastructure, security, and technology systems, as well as the creation of new and reconfigured learning spaces to support contemporary educational programs. The project also included a Career Technical Education (CTE) addition featuring specialized spaces for dental, nursing, cosmological, automotive, HVAC, welding, plumbing, electrical, CNC, and STEM labs for robotics, aviation, and mechatronics.

Working closely with Danville Public Schools and the project team, MBP supported the project from pre-construction through closeout, helping coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and maintain schedule and budget throughout construction in an active school environment.
