MBP provided enhanced commissioning services for Duke University’s new health and wellness center, supporting the project’s sustainability goals and ensuring optimal building performance. Acting as the owner’s commissioning agent, MBP managed the process through the design, construction, acceptance, and occupancy phases.
This innovative three-story, 72,000-square-foot facility consolidates Duke’s health and wellness services under one roof. Purposefully designed to foster a welcoming and supportive environment, the building reflects the university’s focus on well-being. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
