Duke Lemur Center

MBP provided commissioning services for the Duke Lemur Center.  The Duke Lemur Center, on the Duke University campus, is a world leader in the study, care, and protection of lemurs. The project involved the construction of a new research/clinic building of approximately 7,950 square feet. The facility included a clinic, animal holding spaces, an intake and quarantine suite, a hibernation suite, research laboratories, microbiome laboratories, an operating room, a necropsy suite, a freezer room, and offices and conference rooms.
