Duke Hollows Residence Halls

MBP provided enhanced commissioning services as described in USGBC’s LEED for New Construction Version 3.0, Energy & Atmosphere Prerequisite 1 and Credit 3 during the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases. The Duke Hollows Residence Halls project consisted of two dormitories totaling 264,700 square feet. The six-story buildings each house 703 beds and include two and four room suites, common lounges, and study areas. The purpose of the project is to increase student housing while replacing aging residence halls on West Campus.
