MBP provided commissioning services for Duke Raleigh Hospital’s expansion to ensure the building and its systems operated efficiently and effectively. Our team systematically optimized and calibrated the fundamental systems to deliver reliable, functional, and energy-efficient performance.
The project included a new 181,000-square-foot, five-story bed tower addition and 40,000 square feet of renovations within the existing hospital. Additionally, a new 13,000-square-foot central utility plant was constructed to serve the new tower and cross-connect with the existing plant, providing enhanced support for hospital operations.
