MBP provided Owner’s Representative services for several capital projects for Danville Public Schools. The projects include a new 900-student elementary school, Arnett Elementary. Major renovations and additions at the 1,000-student George Washington High School and the J.M. Langston Campus, supporting Danville Public Schools through pre-construction, construction, commissioning, FF&E, and closeout phases.
The George Washington High School project included extensive campus-wide renovations and additions, focusing on infrastructure, security, and technology upgrades. At the J.M. Langston Campus, improvements included major renovations and additions to accommodate the relocation of Galileo Magnet High School and Danville Public Schools’ Central Office and the expansion of adult education programs. These projects were part of Danville’s investment in modern learning environments, funded by a 1% sales tax referendum aimed at improving schools for future generations.
