Chesterfield County Public Schools Program

MBP has been providing construction management services to Chesterfield County Public Schools in the support of new school construction and renovations throughout the County. MBP’s relationship with CCPS began in June of 2016 when MBP was selected to provide CM services for new school construction, renovations, and additions as identified in the County’s 2013 Bond Referendum. This program included a total of 12 new elementary and middle schools along with a variety of major maintenance projects spanning the entire CCPS portfolio. MBP is also serving as CCPS’s owner representative under a second contract, providing professional construction management oversight and administration services for proposed construction projects to include five elementary schools and three middle schools.
