MBP was engaged to provide project management services after the project had fallen behind schedule. We conducted a thorough assessment of the current status relative to the contractor’s schedule to establish a realistic completion date. Throughout the remainder of the project, MBP performed regular site visits to document progress, reviewed monthly contractor schedule updates, and advised the owner on potential risks and issues that could lead to further delays.

The project encompassed the development of a signature seven-acre park featuring a prominent 42-foot diameter fountain, outdoor performance space, open lawn areas, and 14 masonry-clad site walls. Supporting infrastructure included a pump house with green roof, site lighting, storm drainage, landscaping, and a small stage for community events.

Working closely with the owner and contractor, MBP helped establish a revised, achievable completion schedule. Through regular progress reporting and consistent coordination, we kept the project on track and the owner informed. While the original timeline was no longer feasible, MBP’s involvement ensured the project was completed on the revised schedule.
