Danville Public Schools, Arnett Hills Elementary School

Arnett Hills Elementary School is a new, approximately 91,000-square-foot elementary school designed to provide a modern, technology-enabled learning environment for Danville Public Schools. The facility features flexible classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, enhanced security systems, and spaces that support today’s educational needs. Opened in 2025, Arnett Hills is the first new school to open in Danville since 1995.

MBP provided Owner’s Representative and project management services throughout planning, design, construction, commissioning, FF&E coordination, and project closeout. Working closely with Danville Public Schools and the project team, MBP helped successfully deliver a high-quality learning environment that will serve students, educators, and the community for years to come.
