MBP provided commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines, Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1: Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3: Enhanced Commissioning. The project involved the construction of a new replacement high school with demolition of the existing facilities. The building, located at the southwest end of the site, is a three-story facility of approximately 322,860 square feet with core spaces designed for a capacity of 2,000 students. This project achieved LEED Silver certification.
