MBP provided design and construction phase commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines for New Construction, Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1: Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3: Enhanced Commissioning. The project included a new two-story, 105,951-square-foot prototype elementary school.
