MBP provided commissioning services from the design phase through the construction phase. The project involved a new seven-story, 256,260-square-foot classroom/academic building with a 450-car, three-level parking garage under the building. The building houses multi-tiered classrooms, a 300-seat auditorium, multi-purpose room, computer laboratory, faculty offices, a library, and a television production studio with editing suites. This project achieved LEED Silver certification.
