MBP provided commissioning services for Duke Health’s Clinical and Research Laboratory (CaRL) building. The project replaced the existing air handling unit, laboratory exhaust fans, energy recovery system, and mechanical ductwork and piping systems within the penthouse and basement mechanical room in three phases while the building remained occupied.
