The Pennsylvania State University Awards Commissioning Contract to MBP

MBP is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to provide commissioning services for The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) Kostos Building Renewal project, Hazleton campus.

The 39,500-square-foot Kostos Building Renewal project is in the initial stage of the schematic design phase and will involve an additional 420-square-foot addition for new mechanical space.

Services to be provided include construction installation inspections, pre-functional/start-up plan and testing, and commissioning oversight.

The $14 million project will be funded by the Department of General Services and the University and is expected to last two years.
