Michael Bagshaw and Kevin Bocock Promoted to Senior Vice Presidents

MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Bagshaw, PE, CCM, LEED AP, to Senior Vice President, Building Services Leader, and Kevin Bocock, PE, CCM, to Senior Vice President, Transportation Services Leader.

Michael Bagshaw is responsible for managing MBP’s largest service line, building services, supporting clients in federal, K-12, higher ed, and state/municipal work. He joined the firm in 2000 and has risen steadily through positions of increasing responsibility. Michael has more than 30 years of construction management and engineering experience, specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. He has successfully supported major construction programs and mega projects with a variety of services including program management, construction management, cost analysis, CPM scheduling, design engineering, contract administration, and claims analysis. As Senior Vice President, Building Services Leader, Michael will continue to be responsible for MBP’s overall construction and program management approach throughout all phases of vertical construction projects from design, procurement, construction performance, and closeout.

Since joining MBP in 1996, Kevin Bocock has served in numerous strategic roles of increasing responsibility and is currently leading MBP’s program management and construction management services in the transportation market sector. He began his career at MBP more than 25 years ago upon graduation from college as an entry level engineer. Kevin has worked in the field on everything from small locally administered projects all the way up to large multi-billion-dollar programs using traditional design-bid-build, design-build, and Public Private Partnership (P3) delivery methods. His experience includes performing on-site construction management, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), quality assurance, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, constructibility review, process and management consulting, training, and testifying as an expert witness on construction claims. As Senior Vice President, Transportation Services Leader, Kevin will continue to lead MBP’s transportation service line and its large number of DOT, municipal/county, and utilities infrastructure clients.
