MBP Welcomes Scott Higgins, PE, as National Program Manager, Client Solutions

MBP is pleased to welcome Scott K. Higgins, PE, as National Program Manager, Client Solutions. In this role, Higgins will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that will expand MBP’s portfolio of projects through client relationships, strategic partnerships, and teaming opportunities.

Higgins brings more than 20 years of facility management and construction design/build experience in addition to over 10 years of successful business development experience in the federal, state/local, higher education, K-12, and commercial market sectors. He most recently served as vice president of a top facility consulting firm, and prior to that as vice president for two national construction companies.

Higgins holds master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and in National Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He also earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering Science and Physics from Pacific Lutheran University, and in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
