MBP Promotes Pancham to Senior Project Manager

MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Pancham, CCM to Senior Project Manager.

With more than 27 years in the construction industry, Pancham has been performing as the lead Project Manager working with Virginia State University (VSU) for the last two years.

Pancham joined MBP in 1995 and has worked in multiple branch offices on a wide range of building and transportation projects. He became Shareholder of the firm in 2002.

Pancham graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Richmond Development Community (RDC).
