MBP Promotes Pancham and Stewart

MBP is pleased to announce the promotions of Steve Pancham, CCM to Vice President and Duncan Stewart, PE, CCM, PSP to Branch Manager.

Pancham has been with MBP since 1994, and has more than 30 years of experience in transportation, utility infrastructure, and new building and renovation projects. He most recently served as Program Manager for multiple higher education and municipal projects throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. His leadership and technical skills are the foundation for his success as a professional in the construction management industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and is a Certified Construction Manager. He became a shareholder in 2002.

Stewart joined the firm in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2014. He has been serving as the Branch Operations Manager in Richmond since 2011, and has managed extensive growth in transportation, State, and Municipality sector work.

Stewart has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, a Certified Construction Manager, and a Planning and Scheduling Professional.
