MBP Recognized for 7th time as a Best Firm To Work For by Zweig Group

MBP has once again been recognized as a Best Firm To Work For by Zweig Group. This year, MBP ranked #4 out of 27 in the 200+ Employees category and #6 out of 52 in the Multidiscipline category.

The Best Firms To Work For Award recognizes the top architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical, landscape architecture/planning, and multidiscipline firms in the United States and Canada based on their workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and more. Firms were graded on a combination score of comprehensive employee surveys and corporate evaluations, then ranked by category.
