MBP is pleased to announce that Loudoun County has selected the firm to provide construction support services for various horizontal and vertical construction projects to maintain, improve, or expand facilities, utility infrastructure, and roads involved in the County’s Capital Improvements Program. Specific services will include construction management and inspection services, constructibility and design reviews, CPM scheduling, and estimating services.

The open-end contract is for a one-year base period with four additional option years and will not exceed $5,000,000 per contract term.
