EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Some construction work experience preferred.  Experience may be in the following sectors:   federal, state, municipal, K-12 school, water/wastewater, higher education, laboratory facilities, transportation, ports or marina projects. Minimum 3 years experience.
