We seek candidates with 7 to 10 years of combined education and experience who bring progressive career development and demonstrated knowledge of the design and construction process. If you thrive on delivering new and renovated facilities and have built your career in construction contract administration, change management, quality assurance, construction management, field engineering, or related disciplines, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: You will serve as an owner representative during the pre-construction, construction, and building acceptance phases of medium- to large-scale projects. Depending on a project’s size and complexity, you may work as part of a collaborative team or operate independently, coordinating quality, cost, schedule, and contractor activities on behalf of the client/owner. You will interact directly with owners, designers, contractors, and specialty stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
