Meet Ryan Waldrop, a Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience delivering successful capital projects. Ryan has supported a wide range of construction roles, from on-site management and procurement to documentation control, reporting, inspections, and project closeout. He brings strong technical capabilities, including plan reviews, quantity take-offs, and cost estimating support, all with a focus on keeping projects efficient and on schedule.
Ryan is skilled in preparing and analyzing CPM schedules, as well as utilizing software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, West Point Bridge Designer, NI Multisim, and SketchUp. Whether he is coordinating field activities, verifying work progress, or reviewing drawings and costs behind the scenes, Ryan is driven by keeping projects moving smoothly and helping teams stay ahead of challenges.

A Day in Ryan's Life
