Q&A with Cecille

What’s your role at MBP, and what does a typical day look like?: My role at MBP is Corporate Administrative Manager, and my typical day primarily involves ensuring that day-to-day office operations run smoothly. I also support the team administratively, assist with the coordination of corporate meetings and company functions/events, and manage our business licenses and certificates of insurance. I also serve as Corporate HQ’s Community Outreach Representative and Safety Officer.
What do you enjoy most about working at MBP?: MBP has some of the most wonderful team members to work with. Everyone works well together and is driven to help the company and its team members grow and succeed.
What is some advice you’d give to your 20-year-old self?: Travel more, explore the world on my own, and spend time with quality people who inspire me.
What do you think sets MBP apart?: I believe our team members and our team culture are what set MBP apart. We offer excellent benefits, community involvement opportunities, and a welcoming environment for our team members.
Favorite way to unwind after a busy week?: After a busy week, I enjoy reading and listening to good music while sipping on some bourbon.
Favorite sports team?: My favorite sports team is the Washington Nationals.
