Kevin Riley, CCM, LEED AP

Kevin Riley has 49 years of experience in the management of design and construction of federal, state, and local projects ranging from heavy civil, offices, laboratories, and high-end interior build-outs using a variety of contracting and delivery methods of varying complexity throughout the world. The foundation of his experience is a 26-year career in the United States Army, managing both horizontal and vertical construction projects and the renovation of facilities for the Department of Defense and coordinating and managing military engineering operations in Europe, Asia, Southwest Asia, and the United States. Kevin also has extensive experience in training and mentoring not only in construction related topics but also in leadership. He is a member of MBP’s Building Services Best Practices Team.
