Brian is experienced in plan reviews, take-offs, assisting with construction cost estimates, and utilizing various computer software programs to prepare and compare CPM schedules to minimize construction time. He has provided these services for K-12, federal, municipal, water/wastewater, transportation, and laboratory facilities.
