MBP provided enhanced commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines for New Construction, Energy & Atmosphere Credit 3. The project involved the construction of a new 87,310-square-foot academic building with library, classrooms and tutorial labs, conference rooms, and administrative offices. The project also constructed a new 9,000-square-foot regional plant that provides chilled and heated water service to the Northern Wake Campus classroom buildings, and features a training facility as well as a classroom to train students in the college’s building technology curriculum.
