MBP provided commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines for New Construction, Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1: Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3: Enhanced Commissioning. The project involved the construction of a new, three-story, 24,000-square-foot instructional addition. This addition provided a surgical lab, prep room, scrub, storage, a 40-seat classroom, department head and faculty offices, conference rooms, and building support space.
