MBP provided full-time, on-site project management services for Virginia State University’s Lockett Hall. The project involved a full building renovation and the addition of a new passenger elevator and entrance feature at the west end of the two-story portion of the building that was built in the 1930s to first serve as a creamery for the adjacent dairy operation. In 2008, the biology department moved out of Lockett Hall and the building has remained vacant. This renovation project provided new, high‐tech STEM classrooms and faculty offices.
