MBP provided commissioning services during the design, bidding, construction, and warranty occupancy phases for the renovation of an existing classroom and laboratory building. The project involved renovating the existing two-story, 43,000-square-foot Cannon Laboratory located on the University of Delaware’s satellite campus. The renovation project provided improvements to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems serving the existing classrooms, laboratories, offices, lecture hall, library, and common areas.
