MBP provided full-time, on-site project inspection services and worked in collaboration with the Old Dominion University staff. This project consisted of a new two-story, 44,000-square-foot dining facility that accommodated both undergraduate students for daily dining and special event meeting functions for the University. The first floor included the main student dining area that featured a market place style dining options, two outdoor plazas, food preparation areas, storage, and office space. The second floor housed an executive dining room, board room, and an outdoor balcony for executive event functions.
