MBP provided construction management support services to assist the Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission with the management of the Kensington Cabin during construction. The project involved the rehabilitation of the Kensington Cabin including a closed off public entrance, converting a south wing into a new public, ADA-compliant entrance; renovating rear, west wing; installing ADA compliant restrooms and ramp; and performing site work such as stormwater management and WSSC water and sewer connections.
