MBP provided dispute resolution services including detailed research of project documentation, as-built vs. as-planned, CPM schedule delay, acceleration analysis, and provided expert testimony in arbitration proceedings and support to counsel in the preparation of interrogatories and during depositions. This mixed-use building complex consists of a 60-story office building, 16-story luxury hotel, two-story retail facility, and multi-level garage parking structure in urban Philadelphia.
