MBP is seeking new Team Members for growth opportunities and to work on meaningful projects that support our community.  For this position, we seek candidates in the Leesburg, Virginia, area with education and/or experience in construction management. The project will involve mostly off hours work – nights and weekends.  The ability to work independently and to deal with multiple, demanding stakeholders is required.   A Project Manager must demonstrate a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering complexities, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities. Evidence of progressive career development within the construction industry.  Experience on projects utilizing Construction Manager at Risk delivery is preferred
