Project Closeout Client Need
To ensure that prudent, effective commercial systems and procedures are in place, and are professionally managed and maintained, to provide a comprehensive record of progress against the probability of future contractual matters.

MBP Services
MBP is aware of the sensitive nature of all commercial aspects of a project and maintains a strict policy of confidentiality. It is prudent to have all necessary checks and balances in place to ensure the accurate recording of data and that relative contractual and non-contractual correspondence is expediently conveyed to other parties in accordance with the contract.

MBP will provide qualified contractual and engineering staff to review all commercial systems in place and construct a management report of recommendations. This report will include a risk analysis reflective of those systems and procedures presently being administered.
