Mascaro and Young Promoted to Associate

Jim Mascaro, PE, CCP has led MBP's commissioning services team since 2005. He has more than 28 years experience in the construction industry working as a Construction Manager for commercial, institutional and hi-tech communications facilities. Mascaro provides commissioning services throughout the Southeast and manages PM/CM assignments for MBP clients such as Norfolk State University, City of Chesapeake Department of Economic Development, and the City of Portsmouth.

Don Young, PE, CCM has facilitated key growth through his role as the Williamsburg Regional Operations Manager. He has more than 26 years of extensive construction management experience in worldwide support with the US Army Corps of Engineers. He has extensive program management experience for large scale programs for Department of Defense facilities, strategic planning coordination of Virginia K-12/Higher Education/Transportation projects, and supporting the Virginia Department of General Services program.
