Engineering News-Record Ranks MBP #32 in the
2011 Top 100 CM-for-Fee Firms List

MBP jumps forward four spots this year, up from #36 in 2010

MBP Ranked #32 ENR featured MBP on the cover of the June 13 issue

Fairfax, Virginia - MBP rose to #32 this year on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 100 Construction Management-for-Fee Firms List, up from # 36 in 2011.

During its 21 years of existence, MBP has consistently ranked in the ENR Top 100 CM-for-Fee list, as well as the Top Program Management Firm list. This year, MBP ranked #25 in the 2011 Top 50 Program Management Firm list.

Along with the firm's ranking, ENR featured MBP on the cover of the June 13 issue in an article titled, "Tailor-Made CM: MBP custom-fits project delivery for owners." According to the article, "For more than two decades, MBP has staked its growth on being what one observer terms 'a highly valued asset' to both public- and private-sector owners, from serial builders such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) to public school systems, highway agencies, banks, bonding companies and developers."

"We are extremely honored to have once again ranked in two of ENR's Top Firm lists," said Blake V. Peck, PE, CCM, President and Chief Operating Officer. "We continuously strive to meet the demands of owners with our quality services, while remaining faithful to the high standards of the construction management industry and our firm's core values."

For more than 20 years, ENR has surveyed the construction industry to determine the 100 largest U.S. firms that provide fee-based construction management, program management and project-related construction consulting services. The Top 100 Construction Management for Fee list, published annually in June, ranks the 100 largest U.S. firms, both publicly and privately held, based on agency CM fees for project-related construction management projects.
