Awarded GSA Mid-Atlantic Contract

Chesapeake, VA - McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. (MBP) is pleased to announce that the MBP team has been awarded a contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Mid-Atlantic Region to provide construction management services for the Walter E. Hoffman Courthouse Energy Bundle/Boiler Replacement, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Installation, and Air Handler Unit Replacement Project. This is the first task order for a $25 million Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

The Hoffman Federal Courthouse is located in Norfolk, VA and marks MBP's first GSA project in the Tidewater region.
