#1 - Harbor East, Parcel B, 800 Aliceanna St. - Provided an SOQ for Construction Claims, which was settled with out our services ($232 million)
#5 - University of Maryland Biosciences Research Building - Provided CM/close out services ($55.8 million)
#15 - Matapeake Middle School - The branch led the effort for the DD and CD constructibility review ($25 million)
#21 - Bowie State University Center for Business and Graduate Studies - The branch led the effort to provide a constructibility review for Oak Contracting and Kay Jackson provided CM/close out services for the University. ($18.4 million)
#34 - Catholic Relief Services Headquarters - MBP was asked to submit an SOQ for Commissioning Services ($12.9 million)
#35 - M Square, Building #2 - Providing Owner Rep services for main tenant - University of Maryland ($12.7 million)
