Over fifteen years experience in transportation, building renovation and construction projects. Project Engineer in charge of over $100 million in highway and building construction projects. Responsibilities included, on-site documentation, supervision of engineers, handling meetings and coordination with Contractors, Subcontractors, owners, Architects and Design Engineers, and users. Performed Cost Estimating, Value Engineering and CPM Scheduling. Responsible for project closeout and as-built documentation. Reviewed and approved of change orders, monthly pay estimates, and reviewing and evaluating claims. Performed inspection for emergency retrofit projects to repair structures damaged by earthquakes. He is currently certified to perform material testing as well as experience with foundations, substructures, and structural steel erection.
