Extensive experience includes preparation and review of contracts, change orders, applications for payments, CPM schedules and other project management documentation. Experienced in cost estimating, cost management, bidding and preparation of proposals for both government and private projects. Has had considerable experience in preparation and review of quality control, quality assurance and operations and maintenance documentation.
