Over twenty years of broad experience in design and construction with multi-disciplinary architectural/engineering and construction management firms. Possesses thorough knowledge of architectural and engineering practice. Specific expertise in structural engineering design and analysis. Also experienced in CPM scheduling, analysis and resolution of construction claims, and expert testimony. Has served as lead engineer and project manager for projects including multi-story buildings, hospitals and laboratories, educational facilities, parking structures, industrial facilities, and residential structures. Experience includes transportation and civil projects. Has had hands-on responsibility for program and construction management, feasibility studies, concept development, master planning, design and design review, production of contract drawings and specifications, cost estimating, shop drawing review, inspections, schedule review and analysis.
