Edward M. Kopp III, AIA, CCC, PSP, CCM
Mr. Kopp has over thirty years of experience and extensive involvement with planning, scope definition, design oversight and reviews, bidding and negotiating contracts, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, project controls, claims analysis, design and constructibility reviews, contract administration, construction, on-site supervision and inspection, M/E/P start-up, commissioning, and certification. He has been involved in managing projects from design definition through construction completion and start-up on new construction, remodeling, renovation, modernization, and maintenance of existing facilities. Range of experience includes heavy construction (highways, wastewater treatment, process plants, utilities, and central plant systems) and buildings (schools, public safety, offices, manufacturing, warehouses, shopping centers, health care, research, laboratories, clean rooms, and manufacturing).
