Specialized experience in resolution of construction disputes, including analysis of delays. Has provided expert testimony on highway and building disputes. Trained as a mediator for the resolution of conflicts. As Regional Manager for the Washington, DC Metropolitan region, oversees a variety of building and transportation programs, providing direct client coordination and quality assurance for a staff of 50 construction professionals.
